Perhaps you are looking for a coach on behalf of someone you know, an employee, a relative, a colleague, a friend, or a student. The good news is I can help.
Personal and Executive Coaching provides every one of my clients with the opportunity to discuss various situations. Their goals, aspirations, challenges, and barriers they are experiencing or have experienced in their private or work lives. My role as a coach is to help you differentiate the facts from your beliefs, focus on your strengths, improve other areas of your life you want to develop and help you to take the necessary steps to gain the quality of life you aspire to achieve.
Part of my coaching style is introducing every client to neuroscience and neuro-linguistic programming to help them understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. It certainly helps to lift the fog, process their thoughts, and give them control and responsibility of the way forward.
Coaching is available via Online platforms, face to face or by phone.
Workshops
In addition to my coaching services, I also develop bespoke workshops and training programmes for client organisations to increase employee development/wellbeing and to optimise business success, skills, experience, and knowledge to deliver the service you need and deserve.
